Dear participants, graduates of Soviet and Russian universities, members of associations, and representatives of the education and healthcare authorities of Angola, Rwanda, Zambia, Kenya, the Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Ethiopia, and the Republic of South Africa!

You play an important role in your country's economic, technological, and social development. Your associations and you personally keep contacts with your colleagues and friends in Russia, and with the universities where you have studied or will continue your studies.

This Alumni Forum is for those who want to update and strengthen interaction with Russian counterparts by participating in projects and exchange programs in the fields of education and healthcare.

For you we have prepared the Forum program, which presents best educational practices of leading Russian universities and Business-to-University (B-to-U) program for economic and social development of African countries.

We invite you to:

1. Participate in the round-table discussions on key topics of Russia-Africa cooperation and discuss programs or projects, which can strengthen our exchanges.
2. Enroll in the professional development programs, two tracks: "New Technologies in Education" and "New Technologies in Healthcare".

These documents are very important for:

1. Your personal Russian certificate of the professional development program completion.
2. For arranging trips and hotel accommodation for invited travelling participants.

For invited participants travelling to Dar es Salaam from other countries we offer the coverage of the following expenses:

• round-trip flights from your country to Dar es Salaam;
• accommodation in a 4-star hotel, including breakfast and a supper on the arrival day;
• organized transfers (airport-hotel and hotel-Forum venue, if needed).
